Description
Pear in currant syrup with vanilla ice cream. To the delight of the children, to the delight of adults.

Cooking
Cut pears into halves.
Cut away the peel, scrub the core, cut the side so that the pear is "were."
Jam with dilute 1:1 with water and bring to a boil.
Put the pears and cook for 20 minutes, if pears are hard, the time should be increased.
Remove pears from heat, and let cool overnight in the fridge.
Decorate to your taste, put the pears and ice cream, top with syrup and enjoy. Bon appetit!
