Cooking
Apples peel and grate on a coarse grater.
In a saucepan pour 800 ml water, add sugar, vanilla and lemon zest. To supply water, when boiling add the apples and cook for 30 minutes.
Separately dissolved in 200 ml. of water, 2 packets of pudding and add to the apples. Cook for another 5 minutes until thickened, add the cinnamon.
