Chicken breast cooked by this recipe turns out very tender and juicy. Fragrant, Golden, in a spicy honey-peanut sauce! Well, simply delicious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    700 g

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    80 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

Chicken breast fillet cut into thin plates along the entire length.

In a separate bowl mix soy sauce, coriander, honey, pressed garlic and black pepper. Salt is not add. Just to warn you, Kikkoman soy sauce, which we add in this recipe is easy. It is 43% less salt than normal. So, if you add a different sauce with the traditional salt, the count will suggest to reduce or dilute the sauce with boiled water. Otherwise, the dish may be too salty.

Coat slices of chicken breast and leave for 20 minutes.

Walnuts to RUB on a small grater. Pour in the marinated breast, mix well. Coriander or parsley (I had parsley) washed and finely chopped. Mix with chicken breast and leave for 20 minutes to let the slices soak in the aroma of greens and walnuts.

Sliced chicken breast with herbs and nuts, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
