Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Figure

    80 g

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Almonds

Cooking

Pour the milk into a saucepan, bring it to boil.

Add rice and constantly stir. Bring to a boil, salt and cook on a medium heat, stirring from time to time.

Cook until tender (30 to 45 min. on low heat).

Add the sugar and cinnamon. Stir.

Remove from the heat and cooled. To serve chilled.
