Plum cake
Really wanted something tasty and in the fridge was cream, that turned out so yummy))

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    3 Tbsp

  • Margarine

    250 g

Cooking

Take the products.

Whisk the eggs.

Add half of the sugar.

Half a pack of margarine, add egg-sugar mixture and whisk.

Add the brandy, soda slaked vinegar and half of the flour.

The resulting dough is spread in the form.

Crumble the almonds, and spread on the dough.

My plums, cut and take out the bones. Spread on the dough.

The remaining products (125 grams of margarine, 0.5 cups of sugar and 1 Cup flour) RUB, crumb and sprinkle them with some of our pie.
