Dear friends offer you a recipe of very delicious buns. The recipe comes from Anna (Germany), a huge thank you to her. The author says :"it made rolls very easy and are soft and pleasant", so I checked. And I was right.

Cooking
For the dough dissolve the yeast in milk, add flour, stir, cover and leave for 30 minutes.
I have the sourdough stood 3 hours.
Start making the dough. I kneaded in X/N, in a bucket, pour in the yeast mixture, mix the eggs with sugar, vanilla and salt, flour, to include the program "dough", add the soft butter. The dough will be soft and elastic. I passed the two stages of kneading and turned off X/P (about 30min.)
Remove the dough from the bucket onto the Board, lightly flour, roll into ball and divide into two parts. One big, the second a little less. A large part put in a bowl, sprinkled with flour, cover with a lid or foil. Put in a warm place for an hour.
To the smaller portion add cocoa and water and knead well. I tried to dissolve cocoa in water, turned out the lump.
Knead about 10 minutes adding a little flour and picking up a dough scraper. The dough roll into a ball.
Take another bowl, sprinkle with flour and put in her dough. Cover with lid or foil and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
After an hour, our dough is ready.
Each piece of dough divide into 12 pieces and form balls. The batter is a little stick to hands, hands lightly sprinkle with flour. Cover with foil and leave to rest for 20 min. I Have dark balls 41G, white 54,6 g
A bright piece of dough to raskatat the cake (slightly propylea flour) In the middle of the tortillas put a piece of the dark dough and and stung the edge.
Lay rolls seam side down on the laid baking paper baking sheet, cover them with cling film and leave in warm place to rise for 20-25 min I turn the oven on 50C heat, turn off and place dough inside.
Coming up the buns, brush with egg yolk beaten with milk. To make the rolls the cuts to dark dough is visible (I made a small incision).
Bake buns in pre-heated oven at 210° for about 20-25 minutes, until Golden brown. I lowered the temperature after 10 min. of baking to 180C. Be guided by your oven. Scones to cool on a wire rack. Hot biscuits and butter, cover with baking paper and a towel for 5 min.
