Milk always make thin pancakes, but yogurt often only pancakes. There is a little secret, pour in the batter boiling water!

Cooking
Mix the yogurt, flour, egg, salt and sugar, lightly beat with a whisk.
In boiling water stir in baking soda and pour in the batter, mix well.
If the dough is too thick, add a little warm water, mix well.
Let the dough stand for 5 minutes, add the vegetable oil, stir and bake pancakes on a heated pan.
