Description
I want to share with you my favorite recipe for meat rolls with unusual combination in the stuffing. The idea for this recipe taken from the magazine "Lisa" (Bon appetit).

Cooking
Boneless pork, cut into slices
Cover with cling film and beat with a mallet, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Meanwhile, onions and garlic peel, finely chop browned in vegetable oil (2st. L.)
To the onions and garlic, add chopped nuts, cook at low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finely chop the parsley, the lemon zest, add 0.5 tsp. of ginger and mix with the cooled onion-hazelnut mixture.
On each slice of meat first, put the previously cooked mixture and top with a slit up the apricots, twisted in rolls, held together by toothpicks.
Fry the remaining (2st. ml) vegetable oil. The idea is that since the pieces of meat I had was quite thin and the filling is almost ready, after this point, you can pull the toothpicks have to use. But due to the fact that I am very afraid of parasites, for greater certainty added another step. So the next step is at your discretion.
Fried rolls wrapped in foil and put in the oven 180 deg. for 15 minutes. Can be used in food either hot or cold. I liked the cold.
