Matzo cake
Very simple, quick and no baking!

Ingredients

  • Matzah

    7 piece

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

One plate of matzah reserve, and the remaining break with your hands. Boiling water and jam, mix and add to matzah. Cover with a lid and let the liquid soak in.

Mix sour cream and sugar.

Connect the ground from matzo and sour cream. Mix well.

Cake form vystelit with cling film. To fill the ground and levelling. One piece of matzah to wet and put them in the "bottom" of the cake. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
