Cooking
Potatoes wash thoroughly (do not clean!), to make a knife or fork punctures.

To make the sauce. Separate the mint leaves from the stems. The leaves are crushed. The stems, chop roughly and put in blender together with the peeled cloves of garlic. Add the olive oil and whisk everything until smooth.
The potatoes are ready remove from the oven and carefully cut into quarters.
Mix the potatoes with a mint-garlic butter, add salt and pepper, mix well. Let stand at least 5 minutes (better 10), put on a dish, sprinkle with mint leaves and serve.
