Cooking

step-0
Peel the potatoes. Mushrooms also clean as desired. Tomatoes pour boiling water and peel. Boil water, dissolve it in the bouillon cube. Water is not necessarily all to use. See as needed. I usually fry all at once in a saucepan or in a high pan. But you can fry in a regular pan and then transfer them to a large saucepan. Optional.
step-1
Cut the meat into medium cubes, fry 10 minutes in a small amount of sunflower oil. Then pereklast in a bowl.
step-2
Coarsely cut mushrooms, fry until cooked, put the meat.
step-3
Cut coarsely the potatoes. Fry in a hot pan, stirring constantly, until soft. Add to it pressed garlic.
step-4
Coarsely cut tomatoes. Add to the potatoes, continuing to stir constantly. If necessary, add the sunflower oil.
step-5
When the tomatoes start to let the juice, return the meat to the pan with the mushrooms. Who is cooking in a normal pan - it's time to shift into a saucepan.
step-6
Pour boiled water to a little blanket. Who wants can pour a little more water. But not much more. Add the sauce, pasta, pepper. Stir.
step-7
Add flour. Who has more water, you can add another spoon of flour. Mix thoroughly.
step-8
Then fasten the fire and simmer 40-45 minutes, stirring frequently so it doesn't stick. If needed, you can even pour a bit of boiling water.
