Rice pudding with cherries in pots
Zapekanka delicious rice with cherries, sweet, hearty, flavorful, easy to prepare, and the result is just gorgeous!

Ingredients

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Margarine

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat with a blender (mixer) the egg yolks with the sugar (in bulk containers, where we will combine other ingredients) before the formation of fluffy white mass.

Add the cheese to the yolks. Mix well.

Proteins whisk in a lush lather.

Add pre-boiled rice (cook rice as usual) to the mass and mix well, then gently adding the beaten egg whites. Mix well again a lot.

Liberally grease the pots with margarine (or butter). Fill pots 1/3, then put on top of the cherries (I did it with a thickness of slightly more than 1.5 cm), sprinkle with sugar (one teaspoon in each pot).

Fill the pots the rest of the rice mass and bake in preheated oven to 180 °C for 30-35 minutes (the pot with the lid not closing).

Get zapekanku, seeing the formed light lemon crust of rice on top.
