Description
Very tasty salad under a crispy dome of puff pastry. Turns out the salad is quite hearty and could be a separate dinner or lunch. Recommend!

Cooking
Prepare the necessary ingredients
Chicken (I fillet and thigh) marinated in soy sauce TM Kikkoman, adding optional favorite spices. To desalinate not necessary
Eggplant cut into small pieces and place in a bowl of salted water for 10 minutes (to remove bitterness), then drain the water
Zucchini peel, cut into small pieces, carrots cut into slices
Mix the eggplant, zucchini and carrots, place in a baking dish, drizzle with soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven until cooked (~45 min) Simultaneously with the vegetables in another form I put the baked chicken (~ 30 min).
While the basic ingredients are prepared, take the paste. To create hemispheres, we need apples that need to be wrapped up a foil. Roll the dough too thin (one plate will be enough just for 4 hemispheres). Rolled out dough cut into a net and a little stretch. To wrap the apples so that the bottom of the left doorway, the excess dough can be cut. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until tender (~15 min depending on the oven) once I have prepared the chicken, I put in its place baking pan with hemispheres, vegetables continued to be baked
Here are the apples in the handkerchief turned out! Apples when baking a bit smaller, and they have no problem to get. Baked apples in this case - an added bonus! :)
Chicken chop and mix with roasted vegetables
Serving on a plate heaped put the salad on top to place the dome of dough. Bon appetit!
