Salad with broccoli and tomatoes
Salad "Vitamin charge." This salad is quick and simple, and the result is, in my opinion, very emotional. But the fact that it is very useful, you probably already guessed. I recently read that this combination (tomatoes and broccoli) is incredibly useful for the body. British scientists do not give me the lie. And the combination was delicious as I arched it spicy grass and KIKKOMAN soy sauce!

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    1 plug

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Thyme

    1 sprig

  • Sesame

    2 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Oil pumpkin

    1 Tbsp

Prepare the ingredients

Wash broccoli, tomatoes, and rinse with thyme. Boil broccoli for a couple to "al'dente", or to your taste. I usually use a steamer in the slow cooker. After cooking, the broccoli you can, to preserve color, pour ice-cold water (optional). Cool broccoli and divide into florets.

Tomatoes cut into half rings.

To connect with broccoli. Sprinkle with thyme leaves. Mix well. Fill light soy sauce naturally fermented KIKKOMAN and pumpkin butter (if no pumpkin, you can fill with olive oil) decorate the Top with sesame seeds or sunflower seeds (they are great here, too).
