Description
This pie, despite its simplicity, the taste is a true culinary masterpiece! Very interesting oats, rye dough is perfectly combined with a delicate cheese layer and sour sweetness of the apples, and complements the taste of the crunchy mixture of nuts and cereal. Just divinely delicious, with easy to prepare (don't look at the long description, cook more quickly than written)!

Cooking
For Apple layer: wash the Apples, peel, remove core, cut not very thin slices (thickness around 0.5 cm). To the apples add the juice of half a lemon and white wine, put the fire and cook until soft apples. It is very important not to digest!!! For the lazy I propose an easier way: apples to clean, remove seeds and place in the microwave for 5 minutes. It turns out we need the condition of the apples, and no need for anything to follow.
To make granola: this mix of chopped nuts (not necessary to grind into flour) and oatmeal.
In a pan melt honey, butter, sugar and cinnamon. Add the walnut-oat mixture, mix thoroughly. Cool.
For cottage cheese layer: Curd grind with a fork, mix with powdered sugar and raisins.
Make the dough: Mix in a separate bowl, rye and oat flour, baking powder. If possible, replace the rye flour! Rye flour gives a very interesting touch to the test!!!
Whisk the melted butter with plain and vanilla sugar and add the eggs. Then gradually, stirring constantly, to enter the flour mixture. They will produce a rather thick batter.
Please note! I took the form with a diameter of 20 cm! It is best to take a detachable form, but since I don't have one, I made my form foil to the finished cake easier to get. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and sprinkle with oatmeal. Put the dough, then the cheese mass. Cover it with the apples. The last layer is the granola.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Ready pie to cool.
