Description

Soup of salmon with vegetables and millet
This version of fish soup is very loved in our family. So brewed once my dad, and that's with the grain, however, the fish was another ordinary river: carp, carp, etc. Now I cook I only cook salmon, because the fish are fatter and tastier in my opinion. Buy ordinary soup set, consisting of heads, tails and ridges, you can throw a couple of steaks and, well, it - if you want...by the Way, when I come to visit relatives, they are asked to cook this soup, well, for them I, of course, in addition to heads and tails add the steaks. I can say that this soup is very budget, as soup set of salmon is cheaper than chicken.

Cooking

step-0
Wash the offal, remove the eyes of fish, again washed, put in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to boil, remove the foam.
step-1
Once removed the foam, put one whole onion, bell pepper (necessarily!), salt to taste (I put about 1.5 tbsp), cover with lid, reduce heat and simmer 25-30 minutes.
step-2
While cooking fish, onions finely chop, carrots to RUB on a large grater, potatoes cut into cubes. Once fish is cooked, get it with a slotted spoon from the broth, strain the broth (so it was not in the soup bones, and just so he was clear) and pour back into already-clean pot. Fish disassemble hands to pieces and separated from the bones. In the strained broth to put the chopped vegetables and cook until soft potatoes.
step-3
Then put in a pot with diced tomatoes and Bay leaf. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
step-4
Thoroughly rinse under running water millet, put in broth and cook until tender.
step-5
Once the millet is ready, put the broth chopped parsley and cut fish and season with freshly ground black pepper. Turn off the heat, let the soup to infuse and breathe for 15-20 minutes and serve.
step-6
Bon appetit!!!)))
