Oh! It was very tasty!!! Air cream, no sugary sweets!!! Just a wonderful cake!!! This is certainly worth a try if you love cheese cakes!!!

Cooking
First prepare the dough: mix cottage cheese with vegetable oil, egg, sugar and vanilla. Mix the cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Add the dry ingredients into the cottage cheese and mix everything thoroughly with a mixer.
Roll the dough (rolled very well, no tears). A baking pan with high edges (I have a square 25x25) thoroughly grease with vegetable oil. Put into a form rolled out dough, making a high side.
And now the stuffing! Separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins vzbit in a solid foam. Mix the egg yolks with cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, starch and spices. To the cream cheese mix in gently the whites. Spread the cream on the dough. From plums remove the seeds, cut in half and put on the cream cut down. Slightly drown plum cream.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Ready pie to cool (I have a wonderful out of shape after this) and cut into pieces!
