Description
Cupcakes with a rich coffee flavor, with a splash of dark chocolate. Tender and fragrant. Why "mango Mango"? Go - tell!!!

Cooking
In fermented baked milk, add sugar and a pinch of salt. You can use regular sugar. And instead of sour milk take kefir.
Add the chopped butter or margarine. Grind with a mixer.
A teaspoon of baking powder. You can replace just slaked vinegar soda (0.5 teaspoon).
Instant coffee, brew a small amount of boiling water (2 tbsp.).
The dough will cut the chocolate. You can grate, but did not get a delicious chocolate "Islands". So I had a piece of chocolate finely chopped, and a part bigger. And add the cooled coffee.
