Description

Coffee cupcakes
Cupcakes with a rich coffee flavor, with a splash of dark chocolate. Tender and fragrant. Why "mango Mango"? Go - tell!!!

Ingredients

  • Ryazhenka

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Instant coffee

    2 tsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    70 g

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • White chocolate

    70 g

In fermented baked milk, add sugar and a pinch of salt. You can use regular sugar. And instead of sour milk take kefir.

Add the chopped butter or margarine. Grind with a mixer.

A teaspoon of baking powder. You can replace just slaked vinegar soda (0.5 teaspoon).

Instant coffee, brew a small amount of boiling water (2 tbsp.).
