A muffin
Recipe taken from "Gaskala", thanks to Irina. Loose, vlazhnovatoy, flavorful cupcake.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Pudding

    1 pack

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Blend butter with sugar.

One by one add the eggs, beating well after each addition.

Add the sour cream.

Flour mixed with baking powder, after add to the overall weight.

Divide the dough into 3 parts. In the 1st part add the pudding. The 2nd part is a dry jelly. In the 3rd part of cocoa.
