We love mozarela. At the time, got addicted to Caprese salad. This salad is impromptu in the Italian style. Insanely simple, delicious and elegant. Help yourself!)))
Ingredients

Beets

Lettuce

Mozzarella
125 g

Vinegar
1 tsp

Olive oil
1 Tbsp

Black pepper
Cooking
Beets boiled or baked. Cool. Peel and cut into cubes of side 1 cm.
Lettuce leaves wash, dry, tear by hand and place on a plate. On the salad put the beet cubes.
Sprinkle mozzarella. Salt. Pepper. Mix the vinegar with olive oil. Pour salad dressing obtained.
