Very tasty and light salad. This is especially true in the new year's eve, when the whole country covers a thick layer of mayonnaise...:) For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Peppers red hot chilli

The products required.
Bacon cut into strips.
Cheese to RUB on a large grater.
Pickled pepper peel and seeds, put in blender and grind to puree. Add the hot pepper and the yoghurt and whisk.
Mix cheese, bacon and yogurt dressing, refrigerate.
The tear lettuce and drizzle with oil. Put in a salad bowl. Put the mixture of cheese and bacon. Sprinkle with green onions.
