Cooking
Warm the milk, dissolve the sugar in it, waiting for complete dissolution of crystals.
Cheese grate or cut into small pieces. For this dish I use Bashkir honey cheese Belebeevsky dairy plant. It does not contain vegetable fats and already contains honey, which is very suitable for my recipe!
When the milk heated up and almost comes to a boil, pour about half of the total number of to beat the yolks while continuously stirring everything.

Stir in grated cheese and allow to melt fully.

Strain the mixture through a sieve and pour into ice cream maker or just in shape for freezing and place in freezer.
