Cooking
The softened butter vzbit in a lush mass with sugar and vanilla sugar, about 3-4 minutes Continuing to whisk, add one egg. Beat until smooth.
Add the mascarpone and whisk. In two or three steps add the sifted flour with the baking powder and salt and whisk. Add orange zest, stir with a spatula.
Muffin tins grease, paper and silicone is not lubricated. Fill molds 2/3 of the dough, add the chocolate and top the dough again.
Bake in preheated oven 180-190*C for 20-25 minutes (watch your oven) until Golden brown. Check with a toothpick.
Cool on a wire rack. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar, still warm muffins.
