Apple pie with sour cream
Very aromatic, fragrant Apple pie with sour cream. The cake turns out tender, juicy and not troublesome. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    160 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Bran

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Soft beat butter in a magnificent mass with sugar. Add the eggs and bran. Whisk a couple of minutes.

Add sour cream and milk. On low speed of the mixer to whisk the lot of 1 minute.

Pour the sifted flour with soda. Beat literally 20 seconds. Apples from the skin is not cleaned. Arbitrarily cut into small pieces and stir in to the dough.

Form of grease with vegetable oil silicone brush. Put the dough and send a cake in the oven at 180 degrees until cooked.
