Riganada
Very quick, simple and tasty dish of Greek cuisine. The perfect Breakfast, snack "in haste", a great snack.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Feta

    60 g

  • Crackers

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    9 Tbsp

  • Olives

  • Oregano

Cooking

3 crackers slightly wetted with water.

Sprinkle with coarse salt and pour oil 2 tbsp

Tomatoes grate or grind in a blender. Put on top, trying to cover the entire surface.

Crumble on top of "Feta" and pour olive oil.

Top liberally sprinkle oregano and put olives.

The crackers get soggy, eat this dish with a fork. If desired, you can add more olive oil.
