Cooking
To prepare this dish we need the following products: Wild rice "Basmati mix" TM Mistral, a few pieces of prawns, mussels and crab meat.
For filling our dish we need: olive oil - 1tbsp. L. sesame oil 1tbsp. L., balsamic vinegar 1ch. l, juice лимона1ч. L. honey 1 tsp. fish sauce 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and lightly beat with a fork so they are well mixed.
Boil separately rice "Basmati mix". Boil, if you got raw seafood or crab meat. If the dish be served hot products you need to keep warm. If you plan to serve as a cold appetizer, all products need to be cooled.
In a salad bowl or dish in which you serve, divide the rice in three identical slides, among them a beautiful place seafood. Pour over top of filling. Garnish the dish with greens and vegetables.
