Apple mousse with cinnamon
Delicate and airy Apple mousse. With a pleasant taste of cinnamon. It is very fast and simple.

Ingredients

  • Apple juice

    600 ml

  • Semolina

    60 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Cinnamon

    1.5 tsp

  • Nuts

  • Dark chocolate

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Apple juice poured in a small pan, put semolina, sugar and cinnamon. Brought to boil and cooked on low heat for 15 minutes stirring constantly to avoid lumps. The pan put in a bowl of cold water for cooling.

Warm mass shifted into the blender. The mass is thick and I poured the water. ( Do not pour all at once, gradually.) Churned ( 15 minutes ) until the semolina grains have ceased to be felt. The mousse was very light and fluffy.

Put it in bowl three. Two servings sprinkle chopped nuts and chocolate. And in the third bowl put whipped cream.
