Cooking

step-0
Take 350 grams. muesli. I have muesli, baked apples (with fruit pieces).
step-1
Grind the cereal until smooth.
step-2
Put the resulting mass in the springform cake form, well compacted.
step-3
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and juice of half a lemon to dissolve the sugar. Enter in a mixture of pre-soaked and dissolved in a water bath gelatin (see directions on the gelatin). Add the cheese and stir well the whole mass with a mixer.
step-4
Whip the cream with 1 tbsp lemon juice, add to the curd mass, mix gently.
step-5
Put the mass into shape. Put in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. I was making a cake to the celebration of "mother's Day". Started to do yesterday and left to harden overnight.
step-6
In the morning I took the cake out of shape and started to decorate it.
step-7
Slice the peaches into wedges and place the wedges in a circle from the edge. The remaining peaches into cubes and put evenly in the center of the cake.
step-8
The syrup with the peaches to warm, add the honey and boil until thick. Cool. Cover the cake with syrup on top, and smear a little on the side. Coconut decorate the center and sides of cake.
step-9
Set the cake for 1 hour in the refrigerator. And then enjoy the delicate cream-peach cake ;) happy Mother's Day, dear moms! This cake is for You! Bon appetit :)
