Salad for a picnic of smoked fish and potato
Dear cooks, I want to share with you the recipe of "Salad for picnic" that we did at the festival campfire food "Kazan-Mangal". Made it from "competitive ingredients."Our main dish was smoked fish (trout and pike), and took as the basis of salad. Try it and you!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Green beans

    400 g

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Cabbage

    200 g

Fry in a cauldron in a large quantity of oil, whole cleaned potatoes. Constantly stir. So fried potatoes are delicious on its own with a crispy crust and delicate sugar inside! need to add salt after cooking, otherwise the potatoes will become soft. at home you can use boiled potatoes.

Boil the beans for 5-7 minutes, cut into large leaves of Chinese cabbage and tomatoes. Smoked fish separated from the bones and skins, dismantle into pieces. Potatoes cut into big pieces, about 6 pieces. Prepare a dressing of lemon juice, grain mustard, soy sauce and oil.

Combine beans, cabbage, fish & chips, dress with the sauce. Stir. On top lay the tomatoes and parsley.
