Salad with salmon and selderey
Fresh summer salad with a spicy hint of salted salmon.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Quail egg

    5 piece

  • Fetaki

    80 g

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Cooking

Lettuce to wash, carefully to shake off moisture and break it into pieces.

Add the cucumber, cut it into triangles.

Add celery, thinly sliced.

From salmon to cut some thin strips for decoration, the rest cut into small cubes and add to salad. Gently stir the mixture.
