Salad with smoked chicken and pear flambe
Interesting combination of smoked chicken with pear and pine nuts. Appreciate the female half!

Ingredients

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • The chicken legs

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    1 plug

  • Pine nuts

    1 handful

  • Cognac

    50 ml

  • Salt

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 piece

Lettuce wash, dry, finely cut into strips, to lay on the plate.

Pear clean, cut into thin slices. Lightly sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening.
