Quick potato pie
Once cook has found a recipe for a quick pie, but there are all the proportions of the ingredients were not followed and the filling was not all clear. In General, I took as a basis only the idea, and through trial and error came to a perfect for me combination. Now this is the favorite potato pie in our family. Hesitated to post this recipe, but the desire to share with you this yummy overcame all doubts. Because it is very tasty, very tender and a very fast pie.

Ingredients

  • Serum

    300 ml

  • Yeast

    8 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Potatoes

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Nutmeg

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Dissolve yeast in 100 ml warm serum.

250 g. flour pour into a bowl. Add the egg, salt and sugar.

Pour the whey with yeast and then stir.

Gradually add the remaining serum. The dough should be as sour cream that was dripping off the spoon. Serum may take a little more or less. The dough is set aside while preparing the filling.

Let's prepare the filling. Onion cut into half rings. Carrots three on a grater. Fry in vegetable oil until soft.

Potatoes RUB on a coarse grater.
