Description
Tarte (FR. tarte) — typical French cuisine flan from a special dough, knead, usually without added salt or sugar. Can be a dessert or main dish. I offer mouth-watering tart with blueberries, covered with a blanket of meringue. By the way, the Meringue comes from FR. baiser — the kiss.

Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks. Whites until put into the refrigerator. Whip the egg yolks with 1 tbsp sugar white.
RUB the flour with softened butter into crumbs. Add to the yolks.
Knead the dough. At first the dough will crumble, but then begin to gather in apt. As soon as the dough becomes pliable, stop kneading.
Form (I 26 cm) lay a parchment for ease of retrieval. The bead of grease. Distribute the dough in shape, forming the sides. Repeatedly prick the bottom and sides with a fork and place in oven bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes, or until light brown.
Blueberries lightly crush and add the sugar. The ingredients did not specify the amount of sugar for the filling that you added to your taste. I got blueberries, already impregnated with sugar, so I did not add it. Add starch, mix well.
Beat the whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add sugar, beat until stiff peaks.
When the base has cooked, take out from the oven, spread the blueberry.
From the top, using a pastry bag or spoon, spread whipped protein.
Put the form back in the oven for 20 minutes. Once proteins acquire a beautiful soft brown tan, tarte you can get. Allow to cool in the form, then gently remove from the mold. And enjoy!
