Cottage cheese biscuits
Very tasty and easy to prepare cheese biscuits.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Margarine

    25 g

  • Pudding

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

Cooking

Soft fat cottage cheese to connect with vanilla sugar and salt.

Add the melted margarine.

A little bit of honey...

Then dry pudding and sifted flour mixed with soda.

Knead the dough.

Roll three times on the table with flour each time, folding the envelope. Then roll out again, sprinkle with cocoa mixture with sugar.

Folded envelope.

In a bag and freeze ( 30 minutes).

Then with a sharp knife cut into thin plates.

Spread on a baking sheet with parchment paper greased with vegetable oil.

Top as desired sprinkle with sugar.

Bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. While one batch is baked, the dough is kept cold.
