Cooking
3 egg yolks combine with 3 tablespoons of sugar and mix well with a whisk until smooth.
Now 3 tablespoons of milk. Mix well.
Then gradually introduce the sifted flour mixed with soda.
Knead a tight dough. For flour, see for yourself, but the dough should not stick and should be tight. For convenience, divide the dough into pieces.
Strips rolled into a spiral or cut in tiny flowers. I baked on a baking sheet with foil.
Bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. At this point you have a full and delicious cookies, but we will continue.
Another part of the test I also thinly rolled and cut like noodles.
Next, make the meringue: cool whites with a mixer, beat in a solid foam, 1 tablespoon add sugar ( 5 tablespoons), each time well whisking, then add vanilla sugar, beat again until stiff peaks.
Now make different cookies. First fantasy. On the parchment lay full tablespoon of meringue on top of the meringue to put a spiral in the form of a flower press.
So do all the spirals and flowers.
Bake in a hot oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes, remove from the oven, allow to cool on the baking sheet and then remove with a spatula. This cookie nice and original, very tasty!
More simple and not troublesome option is to combine the baked sweet noodles with meringue, mix well together.
Also bake in a hot oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove, allow to cool on the baking sheet, then remove with a spatula. This option is also not bad, also very tasty. :)
It is light and very simple cookies! While it can be elegant and original! That's just one drawback... It is very tasty and is eaten very quickly... I would suggest to increase the number of products two or three times... enough for everybody and still have... and You help yourself!
