Cooking
To start soak the beans overnight in cold water (leave the beans in the fridge). Then the water in which soaked beans are drained and rinsed again in beans. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. Bulgarian pepper to wash, dry, wrap in foil and put it in the oven for 20 minutes. Roasted peppers (still hot), put in a plastic bag, tie and allow to cool. Then remove his skin.

Slices Parma ham fry on both sides in a well heated pan with olive oil and place on top of peppers. In a frying pan with olive oil fry 4 mini fried quail eggs. Place the egg on each salad and serve immediately. This salad on toast can be a great Breakfast or snack.
