Salad with beets and fish curry
Light, fresh, is dietary, vitamin, and just delicious beet salad with Apple and grilled fish. Salad based on the recipe by Julia Vysotskaya.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    300 g

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    20 g

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Curry

  • Cumin

Cooking

Boil beetroot, it is better to bake, cut into small cubes

From lemon squeeze the juice

Apple peel, cut into small cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Onion peeled, cut in small cubes, pour over boiling water.

Fish fillets sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with curry powder.

Bake the fish on the grill on both sides.

To combine the beets, Apple, onion, sprinkle with lemon juice, olive oil, and season with salt and add a handful of caraway seeds, mix well.
