Spicy pate of sunflower seeds
Continue the series of recipes of the spreads based on sunflower seeds. Spicy pie is good as a sauce and paired with seafood. Recipe from the German cooking website "Chefkoch ".

Ingredients

  • Sunflower seeds

    200 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    6 Tbsp

Cooking

Pour the seeds into a saucepan, pour boiling water and let boil. Simmer on low heat for 15 min. then drain in a sieve and drain off the water.

We're going to need mustard, lemon juice and dill. Mustard is my delicious, not bitter, so the severity of your choice. Lemon juice concentrated.

All ingredients put in blender, add boiled water, salt and well burirum. Water is added as the density: if you see that it is very thick, then pour more.

Get this pate. It is delicious just with bread.

But it is possible and so. For my taste crab stick, if its finely chopped, well, very suitable for this pate. Bon appetit.
