Chicken liver in Navarre
Hearty and tasty hot, which is very quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Chicken liver

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

  • Cream

    100 ml

Cooking

Chicken liver fry in olive oil for 1 minute.

Add sliced thin onion rings.

Mushrooms, sliced plates.

Pour the cream, salt, add spices to taste and simmer 5 minutes.

Boiled potatoes in their skins, peeled and cut into slices, put in a heatproof dish.

Sprinkle liver with mushrooms and onions.

Tomatoes cut into slices, and sprinkle on the grated cheese.
