Mozzarella stuffed
Simply stunning appetizer! Perfect for new year's eve buffet. Moreover, it can be done in several forms: from a small mozzarella appetizer will literally "one tooth" (I do this for kids), and from medium and large balls of mozzarella - it will be correspondingly larger. It is easy to cook. You can experiment a bit with the stuffing to Your liking. I suggest to try my version of this wonderful dish!

Ingredients

  • Mozzarella

    200 g

  • Sundried tomatoes

    5 piece

  • Arugula

    30 g

  • Salmon

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Mozzarella to put on a paper towel. To do with the help of a teaspoon on top of the recess.

Slice that scraped with a spoon.

Sun-dried tomatoes to slice.

Arugula wash, dry, chop.

For dressing mix oil drained from sun-dried tomatoes, and soy sauce. I use light soy sauce TM Cccamp.

Add pressed garlic, stir and fill the resulting salad.
