Chicken in Apple and garlic sauce with rice and mushrooms.

Ingredients

    1.5 kg

  • Mayonnaise

    100 ml

  • Onion

  • Apple

  • Orange

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Allspice

    1 tsp

Take a chicken, RUB it with salt and pepper and put aside while you prepare the sauce.

Sauce. Clean the head* of garlic. Apple cut into 4 pieces, remove seed, peel, you can leave. Finely chop the dill. All delivered in a blender. Add the sauce in Georgian, mayonnaise and squeeze the juice of half an orange. Lightly sprinkle with pepper. Grind! *I love a lot of garlic, because it used whole garlic, you can take few cloves.
