Crackers cheese from pea flour
Recipe from the category of "Express"is very.. Simple as everything genius! Of course in the presence of pea flour. These cookies I saw on the website culinary e-shop. Made a few changes to the tastes of the family and got the cookies that are baked for the second day in a row.

For the dough mix two kinds of flour with baking powder. Separately in lukewarm water dissolve salt and sugar.

To the flour add the spices to taste and the cheese, grated on a fine grater. I used a mixture of spices, "Mexico" and a pinch of dried dill.

To flour mixture add liquid ingredients:olive oil, lightly beaten egg and water, in which pre-dissolved sugar and salt. Knead the dough, which should not be very soft. If the dough is not going into a ball and crumbles, then add more water. Additional liquid is not needed. The finished dough cover and leave at room t for 10 minutes. A rested dough is manageable and not sticky. Flour when rolling is almost not required.

Preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees t. Coat the baking pan with baking paper. Roll out the dough thinly (2-3 mm thick). Cut biscuits desired shape and size. I fork struck the decor. Spread on the baking sheet and bake in preheated oven 10-15 minutes or until Browning.
