Very simple and not troublesome recipe. While husband watching, and children cartoons, you can surprise them with the aroma from the kitchen! Aroma of berry, summer cupcakes! What could be better?! Help yourself!

Cooking
You can just melt the butter. While we beat the eggs, it will be cooled. Whisk eggs with sugar for 5-7 min. I use unrefined cane sugar "Demerara" TM "Mistral". It lends baked goods an incredible caramel flavor, color and aroma.
Add the melted and cooled butter into the egg mixture. Stir. Pour the sour cream, stir again. Add the vanilla, salt, soda and introduce the flour. The batter should be like thick cream.
Muffin tin greased with vegetable oil. In each mould put 1 tbsp of dough, top with 1 tsp of berries (washed and cleaned) and a pinch of sugar. I got 12 muffins and one small silicone star.
Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Our Mini-muffins "Berry" - ready!
