Wheat-rye bread
So I came to post that bread recipe. Please do not judge me harshly. The bread turns out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Rye flour

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Water

    400 ml

In warm water dissolve salt and sugar. Add the soy sauce.
