Ingredients

  • Herring

    300 g

  • Curd

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Black pepper

  • Honey

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Herring clean, disassemble fillet, cut into pieces.

Place in a blender cottage cheese, yogurt or sour cream, herring, honey, lemon juice. Grind until a homogeneous mass. Taste. I have the herring was very salty, I added 2 dessert spoons of honey.
