Rice salad with beans and plums
This salad is definitely not for everybody. It is suitable for those who prefer healthy and wholesome food.

Ingredients

  • Rice brown

    1 pack

  • Green beans

    1 cup

  • Drain

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

For this recipe I used rice Indica brown from the Mistral.

Rice to cook according to the instructions, put in a Cup and allow to cool.

Add to the rice beans. The number of bean can be varied to taste.

Add to salad slices of plums.

Walnuts optionally calcine, then chop and add to the rice.

Salad season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper, lemon or lime juice and sesame oil and neat mix.
