I was sure this recipe is on the site! But... As the days passed my Brother on the right. It is necessary to celebrate! I have a little forgotten the recipe (last time menu for me is Ira vip in the BOOK), turn to the native Boy. Not find this method of cooking. So let me share, my dear, with you my way of cooking Chicken in beer.

    1.2 kg

  • Beer

    0.7 l

  • Ham

    200 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

step-0
Chicken wash, dry and cut into pieces a La carte. By the way, you can take it, like I did last time, those parts of chicken that you like best. So, mix the flour with salt and pepper and dip the pieces of our bird.
step-1
In a pan melt a small knob of butter and fry over moderately high heat chicken until Golden brown on all sides. Spread on a plate.
step-2
Ham, by the way, it is also possible to take any (I have Turkey meat), cut into small cubes or, like me, julienne.
step-3
Spread on a pan, in which roasted our chicken, and fry until brown. If necessary add a little more oil. Roasted – spread on a plate.
step-4
Cut onion into quarter rings and fry in the same pan, still - to a crisp. At the end of cooking add the green onions.
step-5
Onion or to move it to the side. At the free end of the pan melt a small knob of butter and fry the 1-1,5 tbsp flour. I take the flour left over from breading the chicken.
step-6
Pour in some beer and stir the flour to avoid lumps. Add more beer (should take about half of beer). Again everything is thoroughly mixed.
step-7
To connect with the onions, put the chicken and ham.
step-8
Sprinkle chopped parsley and add the remaining beer. Simmer on low heat with the lid closed, until tender (about 20-30 minutes). On the side is very suitable for rice, but also good chicken goes well with potatoes or pasta and, of course, with vegetables.
