I am always in search of the perfect Burger recipe. Very much tried, settled down until only one. To my delight, found a new recipe for a Burger which was just great. All Burger fans dedicated!

Ahead of the second may holidays, and I decided to try to cook a new recipe for the Burger. Our main components: beef, cheese, soy sauce, and inspiration.
Beef cook the ground beef. It should be noted that the stuffing you can pick up and ready - it's a matter of taste.

Combine mince, onion, cheese, diced, and soy sauce.
Mix the ground meat and send in the fridge for 30 minutes.
From stuffing make balls. In my case it turned out 5 pieces.
And then a simple way to make a Burger during frying is not scattered to pieces: 1. Put 1 meat ball in the standard package. 2. Start to beat the meat in the package on the table from different sides. 3. Ideally 3-4 times on each side. 4. After You get a flat and dense cake.
If You cook outdoors, you just put the Patty on the grill and fry with 2 sides. There is also 1 secret Burger, ideally, you need to turn no more 2 times. That is, you give him a good fry on one side. On an open fire for about 5 minutes, turn over and fry another 5. Check with knife - if the juice is, and there is no blood - your Burger is ready. If there is a little blood - another 2 minutes on each side. If cooking at home, then pan-grill the principle is the same, just fry 7 minutes, plus time for dojarca 3 minutes. Don't forget to add a little olive oil.
While our meat is cooking, cut a ripe avocado into very small pieces.
If we're home, the dry bread in the toaster or in a frying pan without oil. If we are outdoors, there is nothing better than bread that has dried on the coals. The flavor becomes unbelievable.

What to say about the taste is something special. The combination of cheese and beef gave the meat incredible flavor and tenderness, and fresh lettuce added a fun crunchy touch.
