I dedicate this recipe to lovers of cilantro and homemade dumplings. Decided to share with you this wonderful recipe. To be honest, my husband doesn't like dumplings with cottage cheese, but with cilantro was eating for both cheeks. The dough and filling to be tender and flavorful. Well, here goes.

Cooking
Let's start with the test. It is done very simply. Because I don't like to knead the dough by hand, I unloaded into a blender and make the batter. Mixed in a blender finely chopped cilantro, 1 egg, 0,5 glass of milk 1 hour.l of salt, 1 tbsp olive oil, flour (so the dough was elastic and not sticking to hands, too tight not to do).
Here it is, the dough is speckled, beauty!!!!!! Cooking time 5 min.
Now the stuffing. Mix 400-500 g of cottage cheese, 1 tsp of salt (actually to taste), 1 egg, chopped green onion, cilantro.
Roll out the dough into large circles (we like large dumplings, with a right to eat), put the filling, wrap, close up, beauty direct...
Here they are beautiful, plump, like a lot of filling and not enough dough...
Downloadable in a steamer or in boiling water, 15 min and done. Add a piece of butter to our delicious dumplings.
