Want to offer you a quick, hearty, tasty and original Breakfast at the same time, if you have any left over (yesterday's) pancakes. Recently Eugene-Janecheh posted a recipe similar visually, but the technology of the execution of this dish differs from that.

Cooking
Recipe cooked very quickly, if you have finished yesterday's pancakes. If not, then prepare for any favorite way. I cook the following way. In a container pour the milk and boiling water. Add sugar, salt, eggs and whisk all minute with a mixer. Add the flour, baking powder, whisk until smooth, to avoid lumps. Pour sunflower oil "Oleyna" (2 tbsp.). Whisk.
Grease the pan with oil (I do this usually before the first pancake) and bake in the usual way the pancakes on both sides until it will turn brown.
For cooking eggs in pancakes pancakes need accordingly for number of servings. In this case, did 2 servings - 2 pancakes.
Take a pancake and fasten corners with toothpicks.
Baking dish greased with sunflower oil "Oleyna" (1 tbsp.)
Take cheese and ham, cut into cubes or thin strips. You can take any meat products that are in stock: boiled meat, chicken, sausages, brisket, etc.
Fastened with toothpicks put the pancakes in a baking pan. Inside pancakes, put cheese and ham.
There also put the canned corn. You can put boiled carrots, fried mushrooms, any vegetables that are quickly prepared or ready.
Top gently, pour the egg, correct that it does not spread over the pancake. Sprinkle with salt, mix of pepper (I accessories). Put in heated to 220 degrees oven up, bake until the setting of the eggs, about 15 minutes.
Gently transfer the finished pancake to a plate, remove toothpicks.
Serve hot immediately with ketchup, preferably homemade, and sprinkled with green onion. Bon appetit!
